Enrollment Process

Enrollment for the upcoming school year is now open! The deadline to enroll is March 1st, so don't wait and miss your chance to join our supportive learning community. As part of the enrollment process, families will need to complete the necessary paperwork and submit it to the school. Once paperwork is submitted the following steps will follow:

1. A Family Interview & Tour

2. Student Screeners will be given-Cost is $75

3. You will be notified of acceptance no later than April 1, 2025.

Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization Records
Test Scores from previous school
Report Card/Transcript from previous school
504/IEP plans
Discipline Plans from previous school
1 letter of recommendation (Must be from former school)
Non-refundable application fee required when applying

Costs & Subsidies

We offer a variety of payment plans to make our education services accessible to everyone. Payment plans are tailored to meet your budget and payment schedule.

Admissions Testing/Criteria

Non-refundable $75 testing fee
Students in Pre-K 3 must be three by August 1.
Students in Pre-K4 must be 4 by August 1.
K-12th must have a qualifying score on the screener.
3rd-12th must have at least a 2.0 GPA to be accepted.

To secure your child’s enrollment at Carrs Academy for the 2026=2027 year, Registration Fees are collected at the completion of the FACTS Online Enrollment. Select your payment plan prior to completing the packet. Financial agreements are signed as part of this process. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
